Delivery Costs
Shipping is based on the weight of each parcel. Order over $200 to receive FREE delivery Australia wide. Orders under $200 = $15 within WA and $25 interstate, unless otherwise specified.ย
Dispatch and Delivery
Alkoomi will endeavour to dispatch wines within 3 days of the order and payment acceptance. Alkoomi will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however, it does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.
International Shipping
Alkoomi does not deliver to addresses outside of Australia. Alkoomi will not be liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery in the instant that the recipient has provided incorrect or out of date delivery details.
Proof of Age
Goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Alkoomi may request that the person who receives the goods provide evidence of proof of age and Alkoomi shall presume that anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is authorised to do so.
Packs and Availability
Orders must be in straight 6pks or straight 12pks of the product codes on offer. All wines are offered for sale subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, Alkoomi will contact the purchaser and offer either a substitute wine of at least equal quality or issue a credit to your credit card account to the amount that has been charged.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโt offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alkoomiwines.com.au and send your item to: Alkoomi Wines

Should you receive a case of wine that appears to have been damaged in transit we will provide you a replacement, or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund. Should you receive a product that is different to what you ordered then we will provide you a replacement (if product is available), or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with the product you received you can return them for a full refund, under the following circumstances:
(i) The un-opened wine bottles are returned within 7 days of opening any of the product.
(ii) Upon internal testing of the product by Alkoomi it is deemed faulty or defective.
(iii) We will refund your money when we receive the goods and we are satisfied that they are in original condition.
You will need to supply the following information, most of which will be on your Invoice upon returning the product:
ย (i) Your Name and Contact Details
(ii) The Invoice Number & Invoice Date
(ii) Description of Product to be Returned
(iv) The Reason for Return

Please contact us for alternative arrangements. For enquiries contact info@alkoomiwines.com.au . We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are defective or do not meet the product description. All other returns are at your expense.
Damaged in Transit
In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been Damaged in Transit you should:
(i) Refuse to accept delivery of the product.
(ii) Direct the Courier to Return Goods to Sender.
(iii) Notify our Customer Service Staff immediately. Please contact;

If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged during transit you should notify our Customer Service Staff immediately, so we can process the return as "Damaged in Transit".
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnโt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
