The competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of Australia.

The prize for this competition is 2 nights' accommodation at Alkoomi private chalets, Frankland River, and an exclusive 'place we chose' tour for two.

To enter the competition, participants must sign up to the Gathered + Grateful wine community via the website www.alkoomiwines.com.au operated by Rosalury Pty Ltd t/a Alkoomi Wines. Participants must commit to a minimum of 12 bottles to be delivered across 12 months from the date of sign up. The participant can choose the denomination and delivery frequency of their wine selection.

The competition closes on July 31st, 2023, at midnight AWST. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

Only one entry per person is permitted. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered valid.

The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.

The winner will be contacted by email or telephone using the details provided during the sign-up process. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial contact, a new winner may be selected at the promoter's discretion.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event that the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or higher value.
