How do I get 20% off extra purchases? 

You will receive a seasonal promo code in your welcome email after you sign up. Then we will send you a new code at the start of each season so you always have it handy. If you are visiting our Cellar Door's let us know you are Wine Community member for your complimentary tasting and discount.

What if I am going away or don’t need more wine? 

You can easily reschedule your delivery to suit your travel plans or pause your orders for up to 6 months. Simply login into your online profile or email us at

Can I change my order? 

If your order has been processed and is incorrect please get in touch with asap so we can amend before it is packed and dispatched. If you are signed up for our set packs, you cannot customise your order.

Can I cancel my Wine Community orders and membership?

Yes. We will be super sad to see you go and ask that you let us know any constructive feedback if you any so we can continue to improve our offerings. 

How much is delivery? 

We offer complimentary delivery on orders over $200 across Australia. $10 flat rate within WA. $25 to all other states and territories. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Given our home is super isolated, delivery times can take a little longer than normal. However we do our best to get your wines on their way asap. Generally delivery is 10 to 14 days and up to 21 days if you are in a rural area or in Queensland or Tasmania.

How can I track my delivery? 

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email from AusPost eParcel with your tracking number and details. If you have any issues or changes to your delivery, please contact AusPost directly on 13 76 78. 

Can I return or exchange my wine? 

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or return if you simply change your mind. We only offer this is a wine is faulty. 

My wine is faulty or damaged! What should I do? 

Please email us asap with the details of the problem or an image of the damage, along with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I send wine overseas? 

Absolutely! Please get in touch with us at for an up to date order form. Due to international duties and taxes we cannot process international order through our website.
