2019 Sauvignon Blanc
The Estate grown fruit was harvested at optimal ripeness in the early hours of the morning and pressed to tank. The juice from several blacks were fermented separately in tank and kept in lees post fermentation to improve mouth feel, before careful blending to achieve balance and complexity in the final wine.
Excellent growing conditions were cut short due to a late frost event which resulted in a considerable reduction in yield.

Rich fruity flavours of fresh pineapple and lychee are carried on the palate with a crunchy bright acidity.
